Does the kangen machine filter the water or does the water need to be filtered before going through the kangen machine?
Then in case of bad water source, then could it damage the kangen machine?

The Kangen Water machine does include an internal filter, which is designed to remove certain impurities and improve water quality. However, if the water source is particularly poor or contains heavy contaminants like high levels of sediment, chlorine, or other chemicals, it’s recommended to pre-filter the water before it enters the Kangen machine. This not only helps in maintaining the machine's performance but also prolongs its lifespan.
In cases of heavily contaminated water, using an external filtration system beforehand can prevent potential buildup or damage to the machine’s components, ensuring you get the best quality alkaline water.
